Family of embryonic plant. Usually with protective outer covering (seed coat). Seeds are produced in a production distinguished between the angiosperms (enclosed) from the gymnosperms (naked). Angiosperm seeds are produced in hard, fleshy structure (fruits), whereas the gymnosperm seeds have no special structures.
